Do you need to make a claim?

What you'll need:

  1. Copy of invoice or bill
  2. Your login to Cigna Customer Area

How to proceed:

  1. Go to "My page" on your Cigna Customer Area to report the claim
  2. Report claim on the "Make a claim" button
  3. Upload bills and other relevant documentation, such as documents or images
  4. Note: If this is the first time you report claims, you must also provide your account number and bank for reimbursement
