How to use your insurance

When the need arises for you to use your insurance, we've made it as simple and straightforward as possible.

It's important to note that most outpatient treatments do not require any prior approval.

Before treatment

We'll assist you with:

  • Coordinate your treatment plan and guide you on treatment options.
  • Ensure that your treatment is covered and potentially pre-approved.

Prior approval is mandatory for all inpatient and day patient treatments (non-ambulatory/Not outpatient).

The following outpatient treatments require prior approval:

  • Genetic cancer testing
  • Consultations with psychologists and psychiatrists
  • Fertility examinations and treatments
  • Prescribed medication and dressings for more than 3 months
  • More than 10 treatments from physiotherapy, chiropractic, and osteopathy
