Emergency

24/7 Hotline

Help is still available outside our phone hours and in emergencies. Emergency treatment does not require prior authorization—see a doctor or go to the emergency room immediately. Call your insurance company’s 24/7 hotline directly upon admission or within 48 hours.

Find the emergency number on the back of your insurance card. If you don’t have your card handy, use the number below that corresponds to your insurance company. If you’re unsure who your insurer is, it’s listed on your insurance certificate.

If you need a payment guarantee immediately, you, a family member, or the hospital can call the company’s 24-hour hotline to have the coverage confirmed.
